Lipogen is a non-surgical injectable treatment at Klinik Amisi that gradually restores volume to the breast or buttock without implants or fat transfer. Patients who want a significant increase are honestly better served by surgical options, and our doctor will say so plainly at consultation. It also isn't offered during pregnancy or breastfeeding, over an active infection at the treatment site, or with certain autoimmune or bleeding conditions until they've been cleared. For the breast, a personal history of breast cancer needs specialist clearance first, and your screening status is reviewed before anything is planned. After the area is cleansed and a topical numbing cream has settled, our doctor places a series of small injections across the treated area in a controlled grid. You may feel mild pressure or a light stinging as the formula goes in. Expect mild swelling, tenderness or a feeling of pressure in the treated area. For the breast, wear a comfortable, supportive bra as advised.

Day 1–2 Swelling settles

Any swelling, tenderness or light bruising at the injection points usually eases within a day or two. Skip strenuous exercise, saunas and very hot showers for the first day or two.

Lipogen is a non-surgical, injectable approach with a different mechanism, designed to encourage your body's own volume gradually, rather than adding a fixed volume immediately.
Will it make me significantly larger?
No. Lipogen is designed to restore volume that has been lost, not to create a major increase in size. Patients seeking a significant size change are typically better served by surgical options, and our doctor will set realistic expectations with you honestly at consultation.
