PRX T Lady

Topical biorevitalisation treatment for the intimate area — used as a standalone protocol or alongside laser and other intimate wellness sessions.

What it is

PRX T Lady is a topical biorevitalisation protocol offered at Klinik Amisi as part of the intimacy pillar. It is designed for in-clinic application to the intimate area as part of a wider wellness plan, either as a standalone protocol or alongside other intimate treatments such as Vaginal Rejuvenation Laser, Thuzzle VT or HIFEM pelvic floor sessions.

The treatment is brief, low-downtime and topical — it is not an injection-based procedure for the intimate area. It is intended for selected patients who are looking for a topical option after a proper consultation, and it is not a substitute for the diagnosis and management of underlying gynaecological conditions.

A medical consultation is required before any first session. Our doctor will review your medical and gynaecological history, discuss your goals, examine the area if appropriate and confirm whether PRX T Lady is suitable for you.

How it works

The protocol involves the controlled topical application of a biorevitalisation solution to the intimate area in measured passes during the session. The intent is to support surface hydration and the quality of the more superficial tissue layers over a course of sessions.

PRX T Lady works on the surface tissue rather than through deeper energy-based mechanisms such as laser or RF. It does not deliver hormones, and it is not intended to replace deeper intimate tissue treatments where those are clinically more appropriate.

What to expect

Before your treatment

Your first visit begins with a consultation with our doctor. We will discuss your concerns, medical history and current routine, and confirm whether PRX T Lady fits into your wider plan. Please tell us if you are or could be pregnant, are breastfeeding, have any active vaginal, vulval or urinary infection, or have any open skin lesions in the area. Avoid harsh topical actives or strong intimate-area exfoliants for several days before the session.

During the session

The treatment area is gently cleansed and the protocol solution is applied in measured passes by our trained clinician. Most patients describe a brief tingling or warming sensation. The active part of the appointment typically takes 30 to 45 minutes including preparation, depending on whether it is being delivered as a standalone session or alongside another protocol such as Vaginal Rejuvenation Laser.

After your treatment

You can usually leave the clinic immediately and return to most daily activities. Avoid harsh intimate cleansers, hot baths, swimming, sauna and vigorous exercise for at least 24 hours. Continue gentle hygiene and any aftercare products recommended by your doctor. If PRX T Lady has been combined with a laser or RF session, follow the post-care guidance for that energy-based treatment.

Recovery and downtime

PRX T Lady is considered a low-downtime treatment for most patients. There is no surgical incision and no general anaesthesia, and most patients return to work and gentle daily activities the same day. Mild surface sensitivity or short-lived warmth in the treated area is the most commonly reported experience. Anything beyond this — increasing pain, abnormal discharge, persistent redness or signs of infection — should be reported to the clinic promptly. Individual responses vary, and results typically build gradually over the course of sessions.

Who is this for

PRX T Lady is typically considered for patients who are looking for a brief, topical intimate care option as part of a wider plan, after a proper medical assessment.

You may be a candidate if you:

  • Have completed a consultation and assessment with our doctor
  • Are looking for a non-injection-based topical intimate option
  • Want to add a topical biorevitalisation step to a laser or RF protocol
  • Are post-menopausal with mild surface dryness symptoms (after assessment)
  • Understand that individual responses vary and results are not guaranteed
  • Are willing to follow aftercare guidance and attend any recommended follow-ups

Considerations and contraindications

PRX T Lady is not suitable during pregnancy or while actively trying to conceive, and not generally recommended during breastfeeding without specific medical clearance. It is also not appropriate for patients with active vaginal, vulval, urinary or skin infection at the planned treatment site, open skin lesions or unhealed wounds in the area, undiagnosed abnormal bleeding, known or suspected gynaecological cancer, or known sensitivity to the protocol’s components. Recent intimate surgery, an abnormal recent Pap smear or uncontrolled skin conditions in the area are situations requiring individual review. Always disclose your full medical and gynaecological history at consultation. Our doctor will confirm whether the treatment is appropriate for you and ensure you have given full informed consent before any session.
